Lesson fee for students under 18
Billing
Lessons are billed monthly. Payment by cash or check should be made at the first lesson of each month. A $10 late fee will be incurred if the payment is not made by the second lesson of the month.
Cancellation and Make-up lesson
Make-up lesson will be offered in case of illness if it is notified prior to the scheduled lesson. Cancellation or rescheduling of a lesson other than the illness has to be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refund or make-up lesson will be given for a no-show, tardiness of more than 15 minutes without notification. If a student is delayed, please inform the teacher if he or she is coming; however, the lesson time may not be extended due to late arrival.
A lesson may be cancelled by the teacher for emergency or extenuating circumstances and rescheduled at a mutually agreed time for the teacher and student.
Additional Cost
In case of participating in an event(s), participation fees may be incurred in addition to the lesson tuition. The fee varies depending on the nature of event.
Students will be requested by the teacher to purchase a theory workbook, specific music, and/or other musical materials whenever necessary for lessons.
Withdrawal
Student discontinuing lessons are asked to notify the teacher two weeks prior to stopping.
- $25 per 30 minutes
- $35 per 45 minutes
- $45 per 60 minutes
